PIONEER LA SALLE CO. RESIDENT BURIED IN DAYTON TODAY
Word was received in Ottawa last evening of the death of Mrs. Mary Green, aged 92 years, who died at her home in Wheaton Monday after a short illness. The decedent was born in La Salle County and resided here until twelve years ago, when she moved to Wheaton.
She was well known in and around Dayton, and had many friends among the older residents in that section of the county.
The remains were brought to the home of her nephew, Lyle Green, in Dayton this morning for burial, and funeral services were held from the Green home early this afternoon.
Mrs. Green was an aunt of Attorney Ralph Green and of William Stadden of this city.1
