FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR WILLIAM G. LUCE

Funeral services for William G. Luce, 54, of Dayton were conducted this afternoon at the Gladfelter chapel. Dr. C. W. McClelland of the First Presbyterian church officiated. Burial was in the Dayton cemetery.

The pallbearers were Harry Scherer, Berkley Hawley, William Buckley, Everett Grady, Harry Fisher and John McGill.

Mr. Luce died Tuesday afternoon of a heart attack and second degree burns suffered when he collapsed and fell into a bonfire which he was trying to control near his home in Dayton.

He operated a barber shop at 1217 Columbus street, Ottawa and was a veteran of World war I.1
