DEKALB – Memorial service for Helen E. Pottenger, 89, of DeKalb, who died Saturday, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church, with private family burial in Dayton (Ill.) Cemetery. Arrangements completed by Ronan-Moore-Finch Funeral Home, 310 Oak St.1
