Obituary:

Grace Margaret Clifford, 97, of Ottawa, formerly of Dayton, died Thursday, June 22, at Community Hospital of Ottawa.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Gladfelter Funeral Home with the Rev. James Crone of Epworth United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Dayton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday.

Mrs. Clifford was born Jan. 25, 1909, in Ottawa, to Ralph A. and Ruth (Haight) Green. She married Charles Willard Clifford on June 26, 1937. He died Dec. 25, 2002.

She is survived by two daughters, Candace Wilmot of Urbana and Sally (Richard) Berner of Heyworth; two granddaughters, Tracy Berner and Laurel Sims; and two great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth L. Green; and a sister, Ruth M. Eichenberger.
