Obituary:
Andrew J. Brown died Thursday, May 2, at his residence in Chicago. He was a former resident of Ottawa, being associated with the late Frank King in the manufacture of pumps. He moved to Chicago in 1880 and with the exception of one year in Kansas, has resided in that city continuously since that time. Mr. Brown was born in Cattaraugus county and in 1865 was married to Emily M. Dunavan, who with three sons survive him.1
